vivo X300 Benchmark scores are out as the upcoming X300 series slowly comes into the spotlight. Following tradition, vivo is preparing to launch its new X-series phones, and now we have our first solid benchmark numbers.
A new device with the model number vivo V2509A has appeared on Geekbench. The listing confirms it runs on the brand-new MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor. The CPU features one ultra-core running at 4.21GHz, three performance cores at 3.50GHz, and four efficiency cores at 2.7GHz, paired with a Mali-G1 Ultra MC12 GPU.

In terms of performance, the phone scored 2352 points in single-core and 7129 points in multi-core tests. According to tipster @Digital Chat Station, this is indeed the standard vivo X300, though the benchmarked unit is still an engineering sample, so final performance might be even better.
MediaTek is expected to officially launch the Dimensity 9500 on September 22, ahead of Qualcomm’s next flagship chip. The vivo X300 series will likely be the first to feature it.
Small-Screen Flagship with Powerful Camera
Leaks suggest that the standard vivo X300 will be a compact flagship with a 6.3-inch LIPO display. This new screen tech reduces bezel size even further compared to older COG/COF methods, promising an even more immersive view. It will also feature 3D ultrasonic fingerprint recognition and full waterproofing.
For photography, the phone may carry a 50MP IMX882 periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and a new light-focus prism module for better image stability. Wireless charging support is also on the list.
Pro Model – High-End Camera Setup
The vivo X300 Pro is rumored to feature the Sony LYT828 as its main sensor – a large 1/1.3-inch 50MP shooter. It will be joined by another 50MP sensor and a huge 200MP periscope telephoto camera with a 1/1.4-inch sensor size. vivo is also introducing a new coating technology to improve lens clarity and reduce optical issues.
Ultra Model – Redefining Imaging
The top-tier vivo X300 Ultra could bring the biggest photography leap yet for the series. Leaks mention a redesigned 35mm optical structure that increases light intake while keeping the camera bump slimmer. vivo may also explore dual periscope or multi-fold telephoto systems, similar to OPPO’s approach.
If all these leaks hold true, the vivo X300 series will not only debut MediaTek’s most powerful chip to date but also push smartphone photography to new heights. With September just around the corner, we won’t have to wait long to see if these exciting rumors become reality.
