Honor is absolutely on fire this year! They started the first quarter a bit slow, but once Q2 kicked in, it’s been pure madness. First came the Honor Power with that jaw-dropping 8000mAh battery — shocked everyone. Then the GT Pro dropped like a bomb in the performance segment — gave serious heat to iQOO and OnePlus!
And now, here’s the biggest twist — the Honor GT2 Pro has already leaked! Yep, you heard it right. Just weeks after the Honor GT Pro hit the market, the next version is already cooking. Popular tipster Digital Chat Station revealed that Honor is planning to launch the HONOR GT2 Pro with Snapdragon 8E2 (SM8850) by year-end. And yeah, it’ll still come with a flat display and a massive battery combo.

Honor GT2 Pro Design
The Honor GT Pro keeps that bold “Eye of the Blade” design going strong. It looks sharp and stylish from every angle — with an aviation-grade aluminum frame, flat screen, and a toughened glass back. You’re also getting IP68/IP69 ratings and SGS 5-star drop resistance, so it’s built to handle rough use.
Honor GT 2 Pro Performance:
It’s powered by the Snapdragon 8 Leading Edition — fast, powerful, and reliable. You get LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage — both blazing fast. And that massive 7200mAh battery? Charged with 90W fast charging! Oh, and there’s a charging separation tech too — so it doesn’t heat up while charging.
Honor GT 2 Pro Display
You get a large 6.78-inch 1.5K flat screen with 144Hz refresh rate and 4320Hz PWM dimming — great for Netflix, gaming, or endless scrolling without stressing your eyes.

Honor GT 2 Pro Camera
There’s a triple camera setup at the back — with a 50MP Sony IMX906 main sensor, an ultra-wide lens, and a 3X telephoto. Plus, Honor has packed in its in-house RF chip C1 for super accurate GPS and navigation, supporting both dual-frequency GPS and triple-frequency Beidou.
The Honor GT Pro has already rattled iQOO 13 and OnePlus 13 in the performance segment. And now with the Honor GT2 Pro expected to come with Snapdragon 8E2 and a bigger battery — we’re in for another wild ride by year-end!
